my story

Unmasked is about telling the truth about neurodivergent life, not the polished version, not the inspirational soundbite, and not the version made comfortable for everyone else.

It’s about what it really means to be a late-diagnosed autistic and ADHD woman, while raising a neurodivergent child with high support needs. The exhaustion. The masking. The overwhelm. The love. The guilt. The advocacy. The judgement. The moments of absolute joy, and the moments where simply getting through the day feels enormous.

This page is about saying the things people often think they’re not allowed to say, and giving language to experiences that are so often misunderstood or hidden.

No pretending. No sugar-coating. No shame.

Just the reality of neurodivergent life — unmasked.
